Thought I might try and take advantage of the Premier discount if I vacate the berth for 30 days. We are away for 3 weeks, so I need to find somewhere for a 34 ft for 16th - 24th August. Any ideas on a where I can moor Dawn Chorus cheaply for these 9 days?

Depends where in the Solent you want to leave her (and what your definition of cheap is), but you could try Hayling Yacht Co - Chi side of Hayling Island - who have pontoon berths at lower than average prices (because of the limited tidal access). Phone 023 9246 3592 and ask to speak to John or Richard Blake. You might be able to do a deal, because some of their customers disappear in August- and there looks as if the odd vacant berth is there at the moment.

Alternatively, there are various prices of floating mooring in different parts of Chi Hbr.
