SOLAS Liferaft

I want to buy an offshore liferaft but Im confused by specifications.
I do know I want something sturdy and with an insulated floor. Does a raft to SOLAS B spec have a double/insulated floor ?

SOLAS specification liferafts must have an insulated floor. Many achieve this with an insulating liner, but an inflated floor may be better. "SOLAS B" refers to the pack of goodies that comes with the raft, rated for use up to 50 miles offshore (e.g excludes food and water). SOLAS A for beyond.
