So who is taking there boat out the water

We came out at the end of July for maintenance/polishing that needed to be done out of the water. At the end of August the engines were serviced and the stern glands repacked, whilst in the water. I spent this weekend finishing off my 2008 varnishing programme (well, one more coat on the doors, I think). So, I am hoping for some bright, chilly days over the winter so that I can have the Solent to myself, whilst everyone else is ashore!

We tend to come out every other year mainly for the leg service. This year is an out year so from the beginning of Jan till the end of March she'll be on the hard. Got coppercoat so don't have to worry about antifoul.

You must be joking!!!
BA is only just back in the water after major surgery and so far so good!!

( So I will catch up with you. Are you about this w/e? )

Lifted La Traviata today, very dirty and covered in Conwy mud.

She will be serviced, new anodes and re anti-fouled. She will also be treated to a light compound, polish and wax over the next few months as the weather permits.

Had fun towing her back from Conwy with 2" snow on the A55 at 11am this morning!
