Steering should be fun. Do you stand on the bum bar and stretch forward to reach the wheel? Perhaps there's an invisible chair or does the helm stand high up on a small platform ready to be washed overboard?:D

I assume that it is computer generated and someone put in a bar from RIB instead of a nice robust chair mounted clear of the deck.

If it is a rescue boat, presumably it is for heavy weather. What holds the rescued people in place? there does not seem to be any safety belts, let alone hand holds etc. Everyone would be slung around in any kind of sea. have i misunderstood that?

Thanks, the video does show a raised seat on a frame. The original picture didn't have that, just the bum-bar too low and far away to be of any use. I assumed it was computer generated, external steering position had not been rendered as someone assumed it also had internal steering. The advert confirms lack of internal steering. Someone couldn't be bothered with the extra effort involved in adding a seat and helmsman.
