Snapdragon backstay

I have found that the U bolt for the attachment of the backstay on my Snapdragon 747 has failed. There seems to be no access to replace this fitting. Anybody had this problem and found a solution?

I don't know the answer but I bet somebody in the Snapdragon & Mirage association will.
