snapdragon 24 help needed

Hello ,i got a snapdragon 24ft and i got loads of issues coming from what seems to be bilge to a tank with a vent under the table where sit in the cabin , it has a porthole and inside looked like a mixture of water and deisel the tank under table is next to the battery compartment near rear of boat , my question is as boat was stood for over a year on water moored up is this just a case of bilge overflowing or is it due to leak and also why is there a tank under the table with a vent surely any tank would not have a side vent so anything could leak out?

You say the table is in the cabin, but you seem to show the cockpit floor. It will have been fitted by a previous owner. You presumably have a separate fuel tank? If I have interpreted the pictures correctly I suggest that you pemanently seal off the inspection port in the cockpit sole to prevent leakage into the bilge, perhaps dispense with the table and go from there.

yes it in the kitchen area of the boat and can't find anyone who knows what that tank is for as i already got water tank under main front berth for the kitchen sink , would love a diagram detailed of the boat layout but nothing on the web apart from berthing layouts as you can see in picture the leak is coming in from battery side compartment probably from over a year slowly

Sorry, saw your original pictures wrongly, Now looks like general leakage of fuel / oil/ water into bilge area.
