Small pressure cooker

I see he dear and wide to find just what you seem to be looking for, just dug it out the galley locker and it's a:
' Transtherm' WMF Perfect. Made in Germany 2.5 litre.stainless steel

Interesting thread guys but having read all the posts, can someone explain, "canning" please? Thanks
Make monster pot of stew or something , get some kilner screwtop jars from lakeland or amazon. Put the stew in the kilner jars and then into the pressure cooker. Cook for half hour or more at pressure. Let it cool then eat the stew 6 months or a year later

Thanks I thought a 2-3ltr one should be fine for two people.

They key is that food should never reach the lid, so total capacity is irrelevant.Capacity to the maximum 'fill point' is what is important but rarely if ever quoted in advertising. Some of the small ones I've seen listed are little more than a medium saucepan size with a fancy lid stuck on top. .

I'm trying to purchase a small pressure cooker for extended cruising. It has to be stainless and not aluminium.
Has anyone suggestions on where what and how big a cooker to buy?

Regards

If you want a very small (1.5litre) one then how about: http://www.dailyexpressoffers.com/product/mini-pressure-cooker/12366
