I know it's sold...

The advert says River & Estuary. Firth of Clyde in fair weather? One engine & prop.... Could an outboard bracket be fitted for emergency use? Slung over the side amidships?
Bits of cloth on a stick even?⛵
Needs to have reasonable sea-keeping qualities - but don't intend crossing the Atlantic!

Anything better of similar size? Sea keeping important to avoid family seasickness...

I’ve done many cross channel trips in a single engine boat. A spare engine is more hassle than it’s worth. Especially if your main engine is diesel.

Keep it on canals, no seasickness ?

I went to see this boat a year ago, woodwork / inside damp
needed New canopy
and the fabrics roof leaked too, some of these have been converted to a hard cabin top

lots of internal space and good access to machinery tanks etc

Which one did you see? The one in #1 which is sold or another one? I'm not buying the one in #1 because somebody else did.;)
