It doesn't have to be so far away. Going through the gap in the submarine barrier off Southsea, a small mobo went past and a young lady on board gave us a wave. It seemed that she'd forgotten her bikini top.

As for the sense of boat owning, if it flies floats or..., it's cheaper by the hour? Certainly for flying, but the other two? Our boat went back in the water last week. The pleasure of being back on board, even on the club pontoon, made all the hard work over the winter worthwhile. Being on a club mooring makes parking her cheap, and we rarely use marinas, preferring to be at anchor. For us, the cost/pleasure balance just makes sense. As for the ..., Madame's company is without price, and she, for some reason, seems to think the same about me,
