Afternoon all,

Just noticed we seem to have a very small diesel leak (as in a few drops per minute if not less) coming from the outlet indicated by the red arrows , on our Volvo Penta TMD22P engine. the engine seems to run well at all revs and no excess smoke etc.

So, any ideas what can cause this and how to fix?

Thanks

DTD

Upon further research it looks like it may be from the fuel pump diaphragm weep hole. If so will need to get the diaphragm replaced and is this a DIY task?

Looks like it is actually the bosch fuel pump boost pressure diaphragm I should think of replacing and think I have sourced the relevant part. Need to order the part and then see about changing it
