I was very impressed with a methanol powered fuel cell, very tempted, but at £3,500, a bit rich for me
+1 great product. Spent about 20mins on their stand and they were more than happy to talk about it. Very impressed.

Hi Matt341, may I strongly recommend you get the fender socks from compass chandlery, they are in the very first small area when you enter the show. Best fender socks ever! (I have tested a few!)

I bought a wireless doorbell for £10.00

I was told to never wash rope with a power washer, it forces the dirt further into the braiding causing to wear and open out.
Putting it into a string bag in the washing machine was recommended to me.

Did you have a look round the 78 as well, I crawled over every inch, bow, flybridge, crew cabin and engine room included. Really really stunning boat. I will just have to keep dreaming though.

yup, they are a nice couple who run Compass Marine, indeed very helpful and I think they do quite a bit of business as both Sibs and Libs
