Anyone else got the same problem?

I ordered tickets about 2 weeks ago for Friday's preview day (getting the MBM discount of course) -- still haven't received them. Have phoned 3 times but have been told each time that they're going out in the next couple of days.

Been told I can collect them at the door but I ordered them to avoid queuing and if everybody is in the same situation the queue could be tremendous.

We pay the significantly extra amount for preview day to avoid hassle and queues.

Is there a major problem out there?

Sorry to hear that you have no tickets.

I ordered tickets too. arrived yesterday. But with one problem. 2 of the tickets had missing counterfoils (been ripped in the wrong place).

I phoned up to complain and was told that they would not send any more tickets out and I have to Q up at the door and show proof of purchase to obtain my tickets. Great.......

Like you it defeats the objective of buying advanced tickets in the first place.

This is the second time dare i say it "Way ahead promotions" have messed me around. I bought tickets in November for the Network Q rally in Wales and they never turned up they expected me to drive 30 miles out my way to pick them up. I complained and they gave me 4 free tickets.

Have a great boat show.

Seems the ticketing system is breaking down this year. I'm due some tickets via a source. Rang them to check when I would likly to get them and was told, "we only got them in this morning, but will go out 1st class tonight to you". Not ideal!! Just hope they arrive. Going on Monday morning.!
