Should regulations be introduced for masts and rigging in the leisure market?

Good point. OK, isn't there a bit about the cost of getting a welder to come from Hanwell to get his car through its MOT? I am horrified to discover that I don;t hav e a copy on the boat ...

I think that the book was written in a Pre MOT regulation era, yes a great book and so real life sailing on the Broads.
