Shortest Med cruise .... ever!

FANTASTIC Post made me laugh ! :). £77 for an afternoon dip doesn't sound that bad a deal oh and of course a few hours on board !

GREAT POST !

BTW. We always tie a rope with a few small fenders off the back of the boat it gives some place to balance and hold on too if you want to just float about....

jtb,

loved the story, brill!
The Jesus impression was excellent, although you should have long hair and a 50ies full body swimming trunks set for extra realism :D
I'd suggest you make an animated gif out of the images, will be excellent ;)

comeon you lot living in Spain/SOF full time, I'm sure you can better the 12h med cruise time!
[once MiToS is back in the water, I can destroy this record :P, home-boat distance is 10min walking, closest reasonable anchorage is 10min for a swim or 5min for a dip in the middle of the bay, you get the point... ;) ]

cheers

V.

Great story Jimmy, why not, if you have the time what a great way to spend the day. If you have the tickets but not the time next time I dont mind a day trip:D

In our neck of the woods you have to watch out for these guys.

The fish - I mean - the two that caught it are from our marina.
I believe there are quite a few of these beasts in the river - you may have seen them on the TV program "River Monsters".

Thankfully, these catfish are only found in the fresh water of the River Ebro and not at sea on in the lagoons.
Jimmy, I think this one was caught just next to to that rather nice restaurant where (you might remember) we had that excellent paella a couple of years ago.

Hurricane, your image link doesn't work, does the host not allow linking?

Cheers
