I want to do a "Three Man in a Boat" thing on Lancaster Canal, only it is one man in a boat.
I am planning to go for a week. The boat is a 12' open rowing boat, but I want to take my small outboard for when I cant be bothered to row and to get back to my car at the end of the week.
As far as I can gather from the British waterways website, I don't need a boat safety certificate, But it seems to say, that I need Third party insurance (only if I have the motor)
Is short term insurance for an unknown make of open boat available
