Hello All

Sorry about the cross-post with liveaboard, but I guess there are many who may not be reading that forum.

Could anyone reccomend a shipping agent that will enable me to ship some stuff to St. Martin? Any ideas on prices and delivery time?

Cheers
Charles

Google search for Ocean Express Ltd (in Maldon Essex). Ask them for an "LCL" rate. You will need to tell them the number of packages, what's in them, plus the weight and dimensions (cbm) of each package.
If you have no experience of 'commercial' shipping, you can PM me for more info - it can be a bit of a minefield.

Try Imperial Freight Services. Chandlers Ford. The guy to speak to is Bobby Noyce. I have ued them twice. Once for personal effects packed in tea chests and a used Volvo MD22L which they crated up for me

I'll second that. Learnt more than I wanted to know several years ago. It is indeed a minefield, and a good freight forwarder is worth their weight in gold
