There are a growing number of these containers that have fallen from ships, floating around posing a danger to other shipping and especially to small yachts and boats. Why cant the insurance companies force the transporters to either fit "epirbs" to all containers so that they can be located and destroyed or fit automatic devices to flood and sink the containers on immersion. any comments
