SEATRAK SENTRY V4.1

Hi every-one this is my first visit to the forum.
I am installing a SEATRAK SENTRY V4.1 BURGLAR ALARM to my boat.
The installation manual shows the ELECTRONIC KEY/ANTI-THEFT LOOP as a single unit yet my system has two separate units. How can I wire both of them into the CPU?
The CPU does not have a selector switch from the boat 12v supply to dry cell battery operated.Will this mean that the only power source that I can use is from the boat supply?
I have tried to e-mail the manufacturers info@seatrak.co.uk but my e-mails are returned as "unable to deliver". Have they changed their e-mail address?
CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!

Have you tried phoning them on 01326 377999 ?
That is their number according to their website.

Many thanks Tony, I tried to phone them @ 5.30pm but their phone was "dead".
I will try again to-morrow morning.
