Seamaster 813

I am looking to buy a Seamaster 813. Any advice as I have seen a twin engine one that I wish to use in the solent and up and down the south coast.

Strongly made boat of the 1970's and 80's.
Don't remember any being fast so assume 8/10 knots.

Generally known as River/ estuary boats but I guess it's down to you in the end.
I certainly wouldn't use in non Solent coastal conditions.
