Sealine Sales

The Apostrophe Monster

I'm being picky, I know, but the apostrophe monster appears to have ravaged your website.

"see’s the introduction..."
Even your graphic logo says "25 years supplying boat builder's"

Also the links for "monitor" and "controller" are broken.

Minor things, but it doesn't inspire confidence.

I heard that Peters would be selling another brand as Amizut would "not be able to support all this"

[/ QUOTE ]

True.... Still alot less to support now since all those redundancies of recent.

I HAVE BEE TOLD THAT ALL SEALINE SALES IN THE UK ARE TO CLOSE AT THE END OF THE MONTH, WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO BUY A SEALINE FROM THIER DEALERS! BAD NEWS FOR THE SEALINE OWNERS IN THE WEST COUNTRY AS THIER NEAREST DEALER WILL BE IN WINSOR OR LIVERPOOL!
WILL THIS BE THE END OF SEALINE BOATS IN THE WEST COUNTRY?

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

Please can you not type in capital letters, because it comes across AS IF YOU ARE SHOUTING.

Thanks,

I am sure like the Peters the situation if any will be revealed sooner or later.

The S29 Vs the SC29?
They both leak!!!!!!

Re: Sealine in Trouble ?

Like I said in the past, I really think Fairline are going to regret ditching Peters

I agree with you. I haven't dealt with loads of dealers or shipyards but out of the one's I have Peters have been the most professional and customer focused. I hope this hasn't changed since their recent "restructure".

Re: Sealine in Trouble ?

I am a little worried... My boat was booked to be lifted last week, I phoned them yesterday coz I hadn't heard anything to be told it was lifted on the 1st of Dec. Not a problem but in the past they have always phoned to say the job had been done.

Re: Sealine in Trouble ?

So, it's official. Sealine are to concentrate on manufacturing, and not retail sales. That leaves a massive distribution job available. Now let me think, who is currently short of a market leading brand name to distribute? Hmmm

Re: Sealine in Trouble ?

I agree with Dougie on all fronts. My boat left the factory in July and is the unlucky one!
