Sealine s240 batteries

Hi I have a S24 Sealine ,need to buy new batteries before my next trip to the boat,which is 200 miles away.
There are two batteries to port one to starboard,does anyone know the correct position of the terminals ? For the three batteries that I need to buy? The boat is fitted with a mercruiser 4.3 petrol.
I should have photographed this on my last visit but never thought about it at the time.

Hi, Just checked some pictures of mine with two batteries for a Diesel set-up:

Port (Starter) Positive Left & Negative Right
Starboard (Leisure) Positive Left & Negative Right

FYI, The cables are just longer enough to reach both terminals of the battery (well on mine).

The battery arrangement should be standard factory fit arrangement, irrespective of the engine (I believe).
