Maybe the other contol was out of stock or it had been replaced at some point.

which control in #3 does yours match,I gave the answer in post 4, I have the same throttle control unit.
Same as SL-3 side mount except the switch is on the left side of the throttle lever, the unit is fitted to a Volvo diesel engine with outdrive.which control in #3 does yours match,
