Sealine S23

I have a 2003 Sealine S23 and the wipers and radio are not working. I assume the fuse has blown but I can’t find the fuse box to check this. Does anyone know where it is located?

In the mid cabin on the rear bulkhead on the starboard side is a removable panel held on with velcro. Remove this to reveal a grey box with breakers inside.
The radio will have a car type fuse in the back of the radio unit, or do you mean the vhf?
