If it was me I'd get one with the AD41's, smooth straight sixes, simpler to maintain and a bit heavier so help the handling. 330's/F33's are known to be a bit of a handfull at slow speed when they are easily blown about.
We have one and like it a lot, we have mercruiser 180hp straight 6's so would agree with the other comment on prefering 6 cylinder over 4's due to the reduction in vibration etc. You will find the merc equiped boats slightly cheaper but we like the engines and find them easy to work on.
We have never had a major issue with the slow speed manouvering that others mention, yes it is light and the wind can blow it about but yo ulearn to expect and deal with this. Again some people will tell you they are quite 'tippy' when turning at high speed but again this is nothing unsafe it just feels odd the first few times you try it.
We have no regrets with ours and have found the accomodation great for it's size and would hapily recommend it to others.
It is at Essex Southampton. Looks clean from the outside but probably top price at £89k!
Some people are of the opinion you may be better saving a few pounds and buying a late Princess 330 or Princess 35. Better sea keeping boat but a little more dated. May be worth considering?
Ive had my 330 since 2000 and has been totally reliable. Its got the biggest engines 220hp Mercs and at present will do 30kts. [until the dreaded weed takes over] Might be willing to sell her. Dont find it gets blown around it weighs 7ton.
I had the 180 mercs, underpowered and hopeless with a bit of slime. I found it moved with the wind when mooring up, I have some spares if there is an owner out there, flybridge cover, , morse controls and bits and bobs
