Seago dinghy tube/floor pressure

Folks i have a seago 240 dinghy with air floor.

It says on the transom to inflate to 3.625 psi

Does that mean the floor or the tubes? Or both?

I thought floor would be a higher pressure

What do others do?

Air floor would be at least 10psi.

Typically 0.6bar (9psi) for the floor and 0.25bar (4psi) for the tubes.
