I had a thoroughly good time and it was good to meet some fellow forumites. I am going to have to change my user name to something more obscure. Perhaps the next meeting could be on the water somewhere?

Umm, I notice that nobody's yet tried to formulate the list of attendees for fear of upsetting those that we've neglected to mention - well it was a long night. Memory's a wee bit hazy, but, let's see, there was
<ul type="square"> Microspec, who'd travelled from down from a loch famous for its sudden squalls
Pete_Cooper, who has the distinction of looking like his avatar
Silkie, formerly known as HH MacHurley22, looking very fit, despite his advanced years
Duncan Mack, who very kindly volunteered to remain sober, and errm, drove us home...
Superstrath, looking remarkably fresh given he was just off the plane fae Schipol or somesuch
Aja, another one that's changed his name - what are they trying to hide?
Spyro, well, seemed to be in a respectable job, so we let him buy the drinks
DaveS, who's getting in the drinks next time
Claymore, like the fourth craw, who wisnae there at a', but at least bought a round in
Mme Sgeir, whose presence added a touch of decorum to the proceedings
Sgeir, who didn't fall over once all evening [/list]
I know I've probably upset good friends by failing to record folk who probably were there, but, errm, thats it... as far as I can remember. I apologise. Who else?
An enjoyable evening, and one that we'll hopefully be repeating either in Glesga, or doon the watter some time.

Good to meet a few new faces. Sorry I had to slope off quite sharpish but apparently spending a couple of days in Holland is regarded as "fun" and I was pushing my luck by thinking I could then go and have more fun drinking in the BA.
