Try monkey bike Uk, 75 clarendon st. leamington spa 01926425550 or look on www.monkeybike.co.uk in particular at the 90cc DAX pillion which is compact and weighs in at 72kg. I don't think you will get a pillion machine at less weight in view of the need to be powerful and strong enough.

You might consider the Italian folding motorcycle made by DiBlasi. Although single seat, it is serious equipment, and only requires, when folded, 5 cubic feet of space. The US website is www.diblasi.com. Michael

One option is a Go-Ped. Very light standup scooter. Ihave four, single person. Try yahoo for outlets. Not road leagel tho
