SAS 39

I am looking to buy a larger boat. I have been looking at an SAS39. It seems a rather smart boat but I know nothing about its origins, the designer, the builder and so on. Can anybody fill me in?

I've never heard of an SAS 39 but it could be an exellent boat,after all......
