Ah well that confirms it then, those that abscond to 'the other side' oft adopt a different persona not sure why, maybe either a second personalty to be given Air to, hiding from their past, moving on into pastures green, grown up (LS?) or a thousand other reasons, but they do seem to sort of recant later on in life and return suitably chastised or summat

Sorry for Fred Drifts

He uses the Captain of the Mayflower (from Harwich) over there, and just the initials here for his other logon. Get well soon, Roger.

SWMBO has just had a text from Mrs Sailorman.
Roger is in rehab and stood up today holding on to a frame. No life in left arm and hand.
Wants his boat to stay afloat.

If he still thinks/worries about JB, there's hope for the old bugger yet.
Please pass on my best when you next hear from him (or Pam).

Roger gave me a text then a call this morning. His speech is a bit drawly, but perfectly understandable. Chatted about antifouling for JB. Considering the new Hempel stuff, but there's many layers of Jotun to deal with. She'll be staying afloat through the winter.

He's saying that he can't get much rest as the other inmates can snore for England and it's all rather noisy. Some control returning on his left side.
