Looking for a folding, truck with off-road capable wheels, <6kg with a 50kg capacity. Screwfix do this but wonder if there are other suggestions.

I have an 80kg version of that screwfix one. It can certainly take the weight but found if you try and pull it the wheels fold up, it only likes being pushed, and the wheels are too far back meaning it's always fighting you trying to stand upright rather than tipping it and finding a balancing point like a proper sack truck.
Still better than having to carry something heavy though.

We had a small folding one and also found the wheels folded in when pulling it and pushing was not easy do to the lower handle heigh and very small wheels, we then found another in Lidl that although a little bigger folded, the wheels locked in place so it would pull and the handle longer so easier to use. Just take some finding but they do exist.

I have one a bit like this, which is bulky, but the extra wheels make lugging a big load around a lot easier.

Not sure how good it would be "off-road" as a 4 wheeler, though. Probably depends on your definition of "off road"

Not sure any of these are suitable for “off-road” use, but we have one of these on board which has been very useful Yaheetech Heavy Duty Aluminium 80kg Folding Foldable Hand Sack Truck BarrowCart Trolley Industrial Warehouse Hand Truck, Sack Truck: Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools
I bought one of those to keep on board and it is fairly handy BUT one major failing.
I got it principally to collect crates of beer from the supermarket, but in Holland there is often cobbles or block paving and the little hard wheels shake the beer up something horrible. Getting the balance right is also difficult.
Something more robust and with softer tyres would be better.

Ive got something like that that I purchased at Earls Court BS many years ago. I fold the wheels out and the load platform then locks the wheels in place. It needs some tlc as the handle is steel and on the boat .....
Over the years it has carried mainly petrol and booze without complaint over some quite rough streets. The big wheels do make a big difference but not suitable for soft surfaces as thet are fairly narrow like most sack trucks.

I have one of those folding ones. After a few years the wheels started folding 'cos the soft aluminium cogs that open them had worn. I drilled holes through both the inner and outer shafts, so now when they are open, I just pop a pin through either side which locks the wheels in place. Works fine.
