S/S welding

I need somebody to weld two Stainless steel fender baskets on to my guardrails. Is there a particular outfit in the Solent that are particular good and how much are we talking about?

There is a very good S/S specialist at Chichester Yacht basin, but I cant remember his name.... a phone call to the Marina would give you the details. His works is on the corner opposite the Yacht Club car park, next door to the rigging shop.
