Just ordered mine for South Wales.
Already got a PC nav system, but I thought I'd try this as it's cheap.
Hopefully by the time I have to renew it there may well be a way of extending it's use for a smaller consideration. Wonderful what some people can do with computers innit...
However, at under 40 quid it's only 2 and a bit f.s.paper charts so really is quite cheap in comparison. But at least this way you have updated charts every year.
I suppose it would come a bit tight if you wanted to circumnavigate the UK every year though !!

Steve.

I agree that it appears fairly cheap. My usual cruising ground is from the Thames, round to Southampton then over to Cherbourg. I reckon that I need three charts to cover this. Might just as well use existing chartplotter and paper charts.
The blurb suggests that we will want to update after a year anyway. I have yet to be convinced. Be interested to hear what you think when your package arrives.

Good cruising round Wales. I was based on Milford Haven for 20 years. Can get quite exciting!! Have fun.
