I have had recommendations for Plus Gas and Lusol, but getting them is a problem. I have tried various motor factors without success. Halfords is useless. So usually is WD40 by the way.
I've rarely found sprays useful for releasing siezed components though they can be helpful lubricating the thread after the corrosion has been broken to ease the removal of the nut / bolt.
I presume you have tried good quality ring spanners or sockets on both ends of the offending nut / bolt? Have you tried tightening it slightly to break the corrosion? Have you tried an impact wrench? Depending on what's around it, have you tried a blowtorch? I'd expect better results with any or all of these than with WD40 / Lusol / Plus Gas / etc.

I've also got an impact driver and extractors and if all else fails, I drill out the wee b*****s.
I thought I'd heard about a cold spray of some sort that others had successfully tried as an alternative to all the usual potions and lotions.
Prevention is always the best cure but sometimes destruction is the only option!
The latest wheeze has been removing a seized bolt holding on the washer bottle in the wheel arch of a 25yo car. Must be great living in a dry, salt free environment.
Do not expect an instant freeing for rusty items, you need to apply the liquid several times over a number of hours, where very rusty possibly over a couple of days.
Using this method I managed to remove every nut and bolt on a 10 year old cortina suspension without sheering them.
For larger nuts and bolts where this does not appear to work, where you can, you can use brake fluid, again let it soak in over a period of time, and do not get the brake fluid near any paintwork as it is a good paint stripper. My dad showed me this method when trying to undo the large nut on the anti roll bar of a car, which would not shift even with the whole weight of the car on the spanner !
You may be aware of this already, but my final tip is use the 6 flat sided sockets and spanners where possible, it preserves the nuts and bolts and give more purchase as you are gripping on the larger surface of the flats rather than the corners.
