Rudder for 60\'s Mini-Cruiser

Can anyone suggest where I can obtain plans to work from to build a rudder for my Havencraft 16 (or does anyone know of another similar boat this one having bigekeels and being built in 1967 to SBBNF standard).
When I bought her she was running with a GP14rig and Rudder(both unsuitable).
I have re built the rig around a tornado mast(keeping 120 sq feet of sail though).
I am using a fireball rudder ftb

If you have any Sea Cadets nearby, it might be that they have a bosun (Boat!) - these had substantial rudders andpossibly you could use it as a pattern? Failing that if a GP rudder is too small, what about one from a Wayfarer?
