A multipost I'm afraid. Things get buried very quickly on the PBO forum!
Ordered some rope online with Ropeloft several weeks ago - usual webpage stuff, paid with a credit card and received an email confirmation. Then, nothing.
Emailed several times; nothing.
Text messaged them as suggested by their web site; nothing.
Phoned them on their 0700, 20p/min, phone line; automated dolly says she'll connect me, waited a while (meter's clicking), then she says she can't connect - please leave a message. Left a message; nothing.
Have they gone out of business?
Shame, as I thought their prices were quite good and I wanted to try them out before ordering a complete set of running rigging for my old gaffer.
Gone elsewhere now.
Anyone know anything about their recent activity?
I would suggest some careful checking before ordering online and assuming that your rope will be quickly on its way.
