Rope tails on mooring buoys

Out of interest, are there any other marinas that make an additional charge for putting rope tails on mooring buoy for mooring holders, or is it just Fambridge Yacht Haven?

It is not uncommon for swing mooring owners to either have to provide their own pennant or to pay the boatyard etc to do it for them.

No xtra charge by my mooring provider - they just do it
