I have a seafurl 705 LD furler. I have taken it off the mast to service the bearings and replace the forestay. *This involved drilling out the rivets were the foil sections join. I am now looking for rivets of the right size to put it back together.*
The problem I am having is finding the correct rivet. The foil and the internal joining section are not actually riveted together but rely on the rivet head fitting exactly into the hole in the foil to prevent any movement up and down.

The hole in the foil is 10mm and the hole in the joining section is 5mm. I therefore need rivets with 4.8mm shank and 9.5mm domed heads. The wall thickness is about 1 mm. *The only ones I have found online have steel .............. I am concerned these will have the potential to rust and stain the sail.
So can anyone point me in the direction of what I am looking for in Monel or stainless. Alternatively if you have 30 suitable rivets in your toolbox and would like to sell them I would be happy to pay a fair price.
