Those planks are really short.Looks like it was built out of offcuts .Wait until Winter and it'll keep the woodburning stove happy.

That boat was there when I had my first sailing cruiser in 1979 - Paynes Yard. Doesn't appear to have deteriorated much in the past 30 plus years........

Might be worth saving that traffic cone. Looks like the most valuable part.
You are quite right, it has been cold for a couple of days, so I have been busy making one of those underwater viewing scopes out of a traffic cone, I put perspex in the bottom, sprayed the cone Blue and jobs a goodun, buggered if I am going to pay nearly 40 squid for one!
