I am aware Eagle windows can replace hatch window glass but has anyone replaced glass in port windows? The cost of replacing whole port lights is almost expensively prohibitive. I’ve got Lewmar Atlantic port lights which are very, very crazed.

I replaced a Lewmar portlight acrylic. It was the newer type with bonded on hinges. Part came from Ocean Chandlery, expensive but not prohibitive - probably on a par with getting new bespoke window acrylic from Eagle.

It's only acrylic. If you can separate it from the inner frame, you can get a piece cut, or just buy a part sheet and cut them out with a jigsaw, tidy the edges up with some course sanding paper.

There is a seal in there somewhere, presumably between the screwed together inner and outer frames, it looks like it costs stupid money. If it's just round section, buy a length of suitable sized o-ring material and make them yourself. Cut neatly to size with a sharp scalpel/stanley knife and stick the ends together with a spot of good quality super glue.

Replacement acrylics are available for old Lewmar portlights. Search in ebay and you will find what is offered. I have replaced a couple which were badly crazed.

I bought 9mm neoprene “rope” for my old std portlights and used super glue as described

I bought my replacement portlights from Hadlowmarine as well as other stuff in the past.
Give them a call, they've always been really helpful.

You can buy acrylic sheet from many places. I bought mine to re-glaze my Lewmar Coastline hatches from Perspex Clear Cast Acrylic Sheet Cut to Size - Simply Plastics they will cut to your specified sizes including the radiused corners. Recommended you ensure they will supply genuine Perspex brand of acrylic as Perspex has far superior UV resistance. I bedded the Perspex on 3M™ VHB™ double sided adhesive foam tape 12mm wide (bought on eBay) then sealed the edges with black Dow Corning 791 silicone weatherproof sealant (available from my local builder's merchant). That was over 7 years ago and still perfect.
