Repairing a dinghy

I have an Achilles Category D Model LSI-88 dinghy.

It has three holes.

One in the bottom sheeting,
Two in the tubes.

I have some patching material that came with it.

Which glue do you use patch the holes (each about same size) ?

Concerned if patching bottom sheeting do you apply patch internally or externally ?

When patching the tubes do you apply patch internally or externally ?
If internally, I suspect a bit of riffling is necessary. Anyone able to explain how to do that 'fiddling' in getting and keeping patch(es) in position ?

The proper glue to use is a two-part contact adhesive, you get a tin of glue and some 'activator'.
It's a different glue for PVC or Hypalon dinghies.
The glue is a about £20 in the UK.
You also want some MEK or other solvent.

Internet - how accurate?

3M 5200 works. i put a patch on my avon 20 years ago and it's still firmly stuck. i also made a recent discovery; gorilla super glue (not the regular gorilla glue) which comes in tiny tubes holds really well too.

It is Hypalon, so you need glue for that not for PVC. The tube is repaired on the outside the bottom panel on either side or maybe both.

The Bostik product in your link plus toluene to clean it is the correct advice. No experience of using 5200.
