Repair to clear plastic of sprayhood

[Dull Spark]

The plastic on the sprayhood is fairly old and fairly opaque. It probably needs to be replaced, but that's a task for the end of season.

Can anyone suggest a tape to repair cracks along the edges of the panel?

Is there a supplier I could go to to buy a couple of new panels?

Yep, clear Gorilla tape will keep you going for a while. The Starbtite cleaner & the treatment seems to work well.

Sailmakers will sell you some or lots of places online.
If you decide to DIY some new panels, the tip is to leave the old panels in while sewing new ones .

I had mine replaced by Wilkinson Sails Ltd, Faversham, a few years ago.

The price was very reasonable and they didn't take long to do it.
