Registering boat in South Africa - Help please

Hello All

Given the grief with a British registered boat (particularly the licences etc regarding SSB) I am considering registering the boat (located in Caribbean) in South Africa as I am a jaapie.

Can anyone point me to the relevant authorities?

My boat was South African registered and I put it on the ssr, opposite way around I know but the paperwork I have from the SA registration is the National Register of Yachts South African Sailing P.O. Box 479 Green point 8051 (Formerly the Cruising Association of South Africa)
