Recently had a bit of a rant about Lowrance and returning a Lowrance plotter to Redcar. Dave at Redcar has now arranged full refund of all my costs. So I can thoroughly recommend Redcar for good customer treatment. Unfortunately I cannot say the same of Lowrance - both the UK importers (Silva) and the US enquiry desk have been totally unresponsive to my complaints about erroneous tidal data.
