Self Amalg Tape, not as I remember it.

I bought this recently ' PSP Self-amalgamating Tape' and using it in 12° winter temperatures.

Do I have to use a blowtorch to get it to amalgamate?

Yes, I know you have to stretch it against itself, but this stuff is a form of electrical Tape pretending to be what it isn't.

Help please .

Used to get it in Radio Spares (RS) in Glasgow, last lot I got was in the local DIY: Hechtel's Hobby Centre - Do het zelf, was good stuff but could not tell you the brand, I'm down to the last meter or so on the roll
