Looking at a previous post on boat testing perhaps it is time we compiled a reference for prospective buyers:

"Would gobble up the miles on an offshore passage" - Slow

"Comes fully equipped for sailing away" - No engine

"Suprisingly nimble in a marina" - Do not use outside the confines of the Solent

"The full Offshore Package is an interesting option" - £11, 550 + VAT for a pipe rack, cleat and a framed photo of Robin Knox-Johnson.

"Some TLC required" - don't view with SWMBO. Or just buy a decent one in the first place and save yourself time and money.
"A modern classic" - poky down below.
"Cruiser/racer" - not much good at either.
"Rarely Available" - There's a reason not many were built.

"A popular design" - There are loads of them on the market.
"A fully coded vessel" - Ex school/charter boat (knackered)
"Ashore and recently antifouled" - To hide what?
