Re-gluing the inflatable's transom?

The inflatable's plywood transom is coming adrift from the tubes.
Should I repair this with regular two-part adhesive for PVC or is there some specialised adhesive to bond the PVC tube to the plywood?

Ive tried all sorts of glue, 2 pack, single pack and none of them seem to work. Since I started using Sikaflex nothing has ever parted company again.

CT1 or Tech7 will work perfectly .
