Very curious how rain has ruined 4 injectors yet no rain got into the air intake and ruined it that way.
I had a common rail mb for 10 years, it had done 273,000 but I did have to change one injector in that time.
Seems the vw 1.6 tdi has a lot of injector and egr problems.
I can get 4 injectors for my boat engine for £150 !
Older certainly has some benefits
