it looks like crow rock off linney head but iknow its not. so is it south bishop with sun rising from east early morning /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Quite right - it's not Crow Rock. Nor is it South Bishop, but you're in roughly the correct area. Time of day spot on.

Is it that little island outside West Angle Bay in the Haven - there is a very narrow channel you can nip through at HW to cut the corner.

No its quite a large channel he is about to go through. Small ships use it occasionally but it has several rocks above and below the surface so requires carefull pilotage.
