UKHO Permanent, Temporary or Preliminary Notices:
1. ENGLAND - East Coast - Depths. - One very slight reduction of depth in the DW channel of the Black Deep, close north east of the BDM1 special buoy. Part of the routine process monitoring the DW channel. Unlikely to hinder leisure craft.
2. BELGIUM - NM Block. - A further UKHO block about the Princess Elisabeth Island (Prinses Elisabeth Eiland); this from the Belgium SNC. No changes from NtM 5669 of last week. A prohibited area.
3. BELGIUM - Lights. Automatic Identification System. - This notice is associated with No 2 today and NtM 5669 last week to complete the changes to all the UKHO SNCs.

1. River Medway – Garrison Point - Traffic Warning Lights Outage - the Traffic Warning Lights situated on Garrison Point Fort in the following approximate position are inoperative due to a technical issue, the fault is currently being worked on. 51° 26.80´ N 000° 44.64´ E
The Traffic Warning Light is positioned to assist vessels in complying with General Direction No. 10, Navigation of Vessels of more Than 130 Metres length Overall Between Sunset and Sunrise and in Restricted Visibility. The Traffic Warning Light is a white light that flashes every seven seconds and is
normally exhibited by day and by night as follows:
• When an inward bound vessel of more than 130 metres Length Overall is underway in the buoyed channel between the Medway Buoy and Darnett Ness the lights are exhibited in an upriver direction.
• When an outward bound vessel of more than 130 metres Length Overall is underway in the buoyed channel between Darnett Ness and the Medway Buoy the lights are exhibited in a seaward direction.
A cancellation notice will be published as soon as the lights are operative. Admiralty Chart No. 3683 refers. Further information may be obtained from Medway VTS on VHF Channel 74, call sign “Medway VTS” or telephone 0151 949 6148 or 0151 949 6650.
2. Sizewell C - AtoN Deployment - deployment of 2 (in number) Aids to Navigation to demarcate the boundary of SZC Marine Construction Zone will be taking place on or about 11th December. The Installation will be carried out from a vessel C-Odyssey and is expected to take approximately 2
days to complete. Other vessels should maintain an appropriate and safe distance when passing the C-Odyssey whilst she is installing AtoNs and should pass at the lowest speed to avoid vessel wash effects. All vessels should comply with the Colregs at all times. The C-Odyssey vessel will maintain a continuous listening watch on VHF Channel 16 and Channel 12. A chart shows MCZ boundary and two yellow special marks demarcating the area at the following coordinates -

3. Dover Marina - Diving Operations New Marina Pier - Mariners are advised that diving operations will be taking place on both sides of the New Marina Pier from 15th - 19th of December. Safety boat ‘MV Eagle’ will be in attendance throughout. Vessels are requested to keep well clear while divers are in the water and follow instructions from Dover VTS on VHF 74, and if applicable the Marina on VHF 80.
