Raynet to RG45

I have a 2m Raynet to Raynet cable but would like to change to Raynet to RG45. I would like to know the wire colour code and the order so I can fit a RGG45 connector.
The cost of a new 2m cable is a bit steep to say the least. I have a 10m Raynet to RG45 and Could cut it but would rather put in on sale.
I am fitting a Raymarine Cam 210ip.
